Livox International LLC: The supplier of Livox software.
LIVOX: Software provided by Livox International LLC.
SOFTWARE: Application developed by Livox International LLC.
LICENSEE or HOLDER: The purchaser of the Application.
USER: The person who will use the SOFTWARE.
LICENSE: Terms governed by this agreement between Livox International LLC and the HOLDER.
Livox International LLC is not liable for any reimbursement-related issues stemming from purchases made on the Google Play Store or similar platforms. You are responsible for resolving these with the respective platform.
The HOLDER may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decode, or decompile the SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE is subject to U.S. and international export regulations, including restrictions on destination, end-user, and use.
The LICENSE may be terminated at any time by deleting the SOFTWARE. Livox International LLC may terminate this LICENSE if the terms are violated. Upon termination, all copies of the SOFTWARE must be deleted.
The HOLDER agrees to indemnify Livox International LLC for any disputes arising from the use or misuse of the SOFTWARE.
The HOLDER is solely responsible for the use of the SOFTWARE and any associated consequences. Regular backups are recommended to mitigate the risk of data loss, as outlined in the Livox Privacy Policy.
Refunds will be granted within seven (7) days of purchase, provided the SOFTWARE has not been used beyond installation.
This policy addresses how the LIVOX software team handles Personally Identifiable Information collected and received in the use of the LIVOX Software, including information regarding further uses of Livox’s own software and its products and services.
